EA888 Conical Valve Springs & Steel Retainers Kit – High RPM TSI/TFSI Performance Upgrade

High-performance conical valve spring kit for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, and Škoda EA888 TSI and TFSI engines. Designed for high-boost and high-RPM applications, this package provides exceptional valve control, improved reliability, and increased protection against valve float.

The kit combines premium conical valve springs with lightweight hardened steel retainers and dedicated spring locators. This setup reduces valvetrain mass while maintaining excellent durability, making it suitable for both street and motorsport applications.

With the correct supporting modifications, engine speed can be safely increased to 8,000 RPM. The upgraded springs also provide an additional safety margin against accidental over-revving caused by missed shifts during aggressive driving or racing.

Unlike titanium retainers, our retainers are manufactured from a hardened tool steel alloy. They offer superior durability and wear resistance while remaining significantly lighter than many OEM retainers.
