Delivery conditions
Deliveries are made only to addresses on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Delivery outside the country is possible only when paying by credit or debit card and at a pre-agreed delivery price.
It is possible for the order to be split into 2 or more deliveries if the items ordered are not available in the same warehouse, but billing in cases where a delivery price is due is only once. The courier companies we work with are DHL (if you want the items to be delivered to a courier’s office) and TRANSPRESS (if you prefer to receive the items at an address convenient for you, other than a courier’s office) Privacy Policy.
The personal data you fill in during registration will be used only for your service – processing orders, sending an information bulletin and contacting you in case of problems related to the execution of your order. We guarantee that this data will not be unlawfully provided to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. The user account and the data in it can be deleted at the request of the user. We do not collect or process in any way credit and debit card data (such as card number, card code, etc.). The entry of such data by you, when paying for an order with bank cards, is carried out through a link from us to the relevant payment system on a secure website and through an encrypted connection.
