BMW G30 / G31 Front Brake Kit

Upgrade the front brakes on your BMW G30 or G31 with the NJ Performance Front Brake Kit.

The conversion uses BMW F90 M5 6-piston front calipers together with our custom 7075 aluminium adapters.

The adapters can be purchased separately. You can also choose a complete front brake setup with refurbished calipers, brake pads and PTFE stainless-steel braided brake hoses.

We can supply the calipers fully revised and professionally repainted.

F90 M5 6-Piston Calipers

The conversion uses OEM BMW F10 M5 6-piston front brake calipers.

BMW OE caliper numbers:

Left: 34118089937
Right: 34118089938

The larger 6-piston calipers provide improved braking performance and increased heat capacity.

This makes the conversion ideal for tuned street cars and high-performance builds.

7075 Aluminium Adapters

Our custom adapters allow the F10 M5 calipers to fit the BMW G30 and G31 platform.

The adapters are manufactured from high-strength 7075 aluminium.

This material provides excellent strength while keeping weight low.

The adapters can be purchased separately without calipers.

Required Brake Discs

Brake discs are not included and must be purchased separately.

Required front discs:

Left: BMW OE 34117991101
Right: BMW OE 34117991102

Use these OE numbers when purchasing the required brake discs.

Vehicle Compatibility

This front brake kit is designed for the BMW G30 Sedan and G31 Touring.

Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about compatibility with your vehicle or original brake setup.

Wheel Requirements

20-inch rims are the minimum requirement.

Wheel diameter alone does not guarantee clearance.

Wheel offset, spoke design and inner barrel clearance can also affect fitment.

For this reason, we recommend checking wheel clearance before installation.

Brake Pads & Hoses

Brake pads can be supplied with the kit.

We can also provide PTFE stainless-steel braided brake hoses.

You can therefore purchase the 7075 adapters separately or choose a complete front brake setup.
